Refund policy

1. Refund policy

Returns and refunds

PUCA.ARCHIVE is a one-person studio in London. Every print is made and packed by hand, and every original is a single painting. Here is exactly where you stand.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving an explanation. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To cancel, email pucaarchive@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once the item is back with me and I have checked its condition, I will refund you within 14 days, to the original payment method. That includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a faster delivery option, I refund the standard rate rather than the premium.

Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. Please use a tracked service, because I cannot refund an item that does not arrive back.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email me within 7 days with a photograph. I will replace it or refund it in full, including postage both ways. Prints travel in rigid tubes and originals are packed properly for transit, but occasionally things go wrong, and when they do it is my problem, not yours.

Condition of returns

Please return items in their original packaging where possible, unframed and unmounted. A print that has been trimmed, mounted, framed or written on cannot be returned, because it can no longer be sold as an edition piece.

Original paintings

Originals bought online carry the same 14 day cancellation right. Originals bought in person at an exhibition are not covered by distance selling rules, so please look closely on the night and ask me anything before you commit.

Where an original is delivered after an exhibition has finished, your 14 days start from the day it reaches you, not the day you paid.

Limited editions

If you return a limited edition print, that number goes back into the edition and is offered again. The edition size never changes.

Contact

Anything at all, email pucaarchive@gmail.com and I will come back to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
