Everything is sent from London.
Prints
- UK standard — £4.99
- UK express — £6.99
- Europe — £14.99

Original paintings
Originals are large, heavy and irreplaceable, so they travel insured and are priced separately.
- UK insured courier — £25
- Collect in London — free, by arrangement
- International insured courier — £150
Dispatch times
Open edition prints are made to order by my print partner and usually dispatch within 1 to 3 working days.
Limited edition prints from a drop are printed in batches after the drop window, then signed and numbered by hand. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the close of the drop. I will email you when yours is on its way.
Original paintings bought around an exhibition are delivered after the show closes, since the work stays on the wall until then. Originals bought outside an exhibition period dispatch within 5 working days.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive in 2 to 3 working days, Europe in 5 to 10, and the rest of the world in 10 to 21. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
How things are packed
Prints ship flat or rolled in a rigid tube, interleaved with tissue. Originals are wrapped, corner-protected and boxed. Everything is sent tracked.
Customs and import duty
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. I have no control over them and cannot refund them.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 working days, email pucaarchive@gmail.com and I will chase the carrier and sort it out.
Local collection
If you are in London and would rather collect, choose the collection option at checkout for originals, or email me before ordering for prints, and we will arrange a time.
Buying an original from outside the UK
International delivery of an original is priced at £150 because the work is large, boxed and fully insured. If that does not work for you, email me before ordering and we will find a sensible way to do it.
