Terms of service
These terms cover purchases from PUCA.ARCHIVE. By placing an order you accept them.
Who you are buying from
PUCA.ARCHIVE is the studio practice of Conor Fitzpatrick, based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: pucaarchive@gmail.com
Products
Every piece is handmade or hand-finished. Colours on screen vary between devices, and a print or painting may differ slightly from the image you saw. Small variations in hand-signing, numbering and finishing are part of the work rather than defects.
Limited editions
A limited edition means the stated number of prints and no more. Once an edition sells out at a given size, that edition is closed permanently and never reprinted at that size. Each limited edition print is signed and numbered by hand and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
Open edition prints are not numbered and remain available.
Original works
Original paintings are unique. Once sold, that work is gone. Originals are sold unframed unless stated otherwise.
Copyright
Buying a print or an original gives you ownership of the physical object. It does not transfer copyright. I retain copyright and all reproduction rights in all artwork.
You may photograph work you own and share it personally, and I would love it if you did. You may not reproduce, print, scan, sell, license or use the artwork commercially, or create derivative works, without written permission.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. I never see or store your card details.
I may change prices at any time, but never after an order is placed.
Cancellation and returns
See the refund policy.
Availability
If an item sells out or becomes unavailable after you order, I will contact you and refund you in full.
Commissions
Commissions are agreed separately in writing, including scope, timeline, usage rights and payment terms. Deposits on commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise my liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
